By accessing or using Timebly, you agree to these Terms. To use the Service, you must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age required in your country). If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or legal guardian permission.
Timebly provides an AI-powered assistant designed to create alarms, reminders and check-ins.
While we strive for 24/7 uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under their credentials. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree NOT to:

Generate illegal, harmful, sexually explicit, or hateful content.
•
Use the AI to provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
•
Attempt to "jailbreak," reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service.
•
Deceive others by claiming AI output was created by a human.
•
Use the Service to infringe on any third-party intellectual property.
Plans:
Timebly offers a free plan with usage limits and a paid Premium subscription. The features and limits of each plan are shown in the app and may change over time.
Billing:
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm your purchase and include VAT where applicable. Purchases in the mobile apps are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Purchases on the website are sold by Sidekick Bulgaria Ltd. and billed through our payment processor, Stripe.
Auto-Renewal:
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your payment method is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. If we change the price of Premium, we will notify you in advance and the new price will apply from your next renewal; for App Store and Google Play subscriptions, price changes follow their rules.
Cancellation:
You can cancel at any time through Manage Subscription in the app's settings, or in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your Timebly account does not automatically cancel your subscription, so cancel it first.
Refunds:
Refunds for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies; we cannot issue them. For purchases made on the website, you may withdraw within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase and receive a full refund by contacting [email protected]. Except as described here or required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not refunded.
Nature of Output:
The Service utilizes AI to generate alarms, reminders, and check-ins. You acknowledge that AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific needs.
No Professional Advice:
All outputs are provided for general utility and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating the fitness of any output for your intended use.
Ownership:
As between you and Timebly, you own your prompts (Inputs). We assign to you all rights in the generated results (Outputs), provided you comply with these Terms. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your content to provide and maintain the Service.
The Timebly interface, brand, and proprietary technology are owned by Sidekick Bulgaria Ltd. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of our underlying software or trademarks.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal exposure for Sidekick Bulgaria Ltd. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidekick Bulgaria Ltd. and its service providers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the AI or its generated content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
